Hasta hace unos años, la única forma de enviar un burofax era acudir personalmente a una oficina de Correos o hacerlo a través de su web. Sin embargo, actualmente existen varias alternativas para enviar burofaxes online de forma rápida, cómoda y (algo más) económica. Te contamos algunas de ellas.
El servicio Burofax Premium de Correos para particulares se utiliza para enviar de manera urgente y segura documentos que requieran de una entrega fehaciente y sirvan de prueba frente a terceros (por ello, siempre se entregan bajo firma del destinatario). El documento (en formato PDF) se envía desde la web de Correos y la entrega se realiza en un máximo de 24 h, excluidos sábados, domingos y festivos.
Para enviar el burofax, tendrás que registrarte en la oficina virtual de Correos. Se puede enviar un burofax desde 8,76 € (sin IVA) y a hasta 300 destinatarios Para saber cuánto puede costarte, lo mejor de todos modos es que utilices su calculador de tarifas. Algunos servicios adicionales como el acuse de recibo, la certificación de entrega, la copia certificada o la certificación de texto encarecerán el precio final.
Es una buena alternativa a Correos, más barata y con la misma validez legal. La plataforma de Notificad@s permite enviar burofax postal desde 6,10 € (con IVA). Ofrece también un servicio de burofax electrónico (0,99 € con IVA) que acredita plena validez legal y misma fehaciencia que el burofax postal, ya que para acceder a la notificación el destinatario debe utilizar su firma electrónica con certificado digital reconocido, lo que garantiza la evidencia de entrega. Esta modalidad incluye el acuse de recibo en el precio base.
La entrega se realiza al día siguiente hábil de la imposición online, y ofrecen como servicio especial el “Testimonio notarial de certificación de contenido”, con plena validez jurídica.
